Regañas… Ok: so what are they? Well, they're the original olive oil biscuit from Spain. Very simple, very artisan and ever so slightly wobbly and misshapen. Don’t expect uniformity – these really are the real thing.

Traditional ships biscuits, from the days of Cortés. We've not eaten them on a ship, but we have eaten them with lots of cheese and tapenade. Lovely.
