Goose & Duck
Free range geese, from Nesscliffe. Reared without the use of growth promoters and additives & allowed to reach full maturity. Each bird is hung for 7-10 days to produce a deep succulent flavour. They are delivered oven ready with giblets and some fat, along with cooking instructions.
