Croome Cuisine are a small family business based on the outskirts of Worcester passionate about creating cheeses and relishes that reflect the iconic flavours of our region. "We source local ingredients (where we can) introducing a wide range of flavours to cheese and smoking traditionally over Oak logs."
Nick Hodgetts, Managing Director, has been making cheese for over 25 years. It all started when he broke his leg during a rugby match …his friends thought rather than listen to his moaning they would enrol him on a cheese making course, and the rest is history! Croome Cuisine was founded by Nick in 2010 and has grown from strength to strength. His favourite cheese flavour is Hereford Hop - it should be he has been making it for 25 years!
