In 2008 Mike decided to hang up his hat as Executive Head Chef at a top Shropshire hotel, and began creating recipes. Initially the intention was to produce his signature Chutneys & Pickles, that always went down a treat on his restaurant menus, but demand grew and soon Mike turned his chef skills to start producing Marmalades, Preserves, Curds & Mustards. Today, with over 80 products in the Mikes Homemade range, we have stayed true to Mike’s initial goal of creating truly homemade products that taste fabulous, from top quality ingredients, and using the same small-scale production methods Mike used for his exceptional restaurant menus.

All our products are set traditionally the natural way, simply using sugar & vinegars, so no artificial ingredients, just top quality produce, sourced locally whenever possible. Our whole range is created and made by Chef Mike Dentith, from our home kitchen in Woodseaves, which sits on the Shropshire/Staffordshire Border."
